what - One three-bedroom house and two one-bedroom houses.
WHO - A Property Developer.
WHY - The client bought a house with a garden and wanted to divide this plot and build three social houses to sell independently.
HOW - The Pickett Avenue project was a demolition and development contract in a social-residential area. It was about to conceive and building three contemporary bungalows on a single dwelling plot to make the project as profitable as possible.
The client wanted the entire project to be take over from start to finish with plans, 3d renderings, material samples, technicals details, suppliers contacts, site management, administrative and legal meetings.
